Treasure Him

In 2001 I had the opportunity to lead worship for a women’s conference that a great friend of mine from the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry was hosting. Patty Harris had asked me to come to Kentucky for this special event and I got about half my worship team and the intercessory prayer team leader to go with me.  All of us were so excited about what God was going to do through this conference!

The conference theme was “Treasure Him” and as I prepared to make the trip I prayed that God would give me a song just for that conference…and He did! We had a great time of refreshing as we ministered to the ladies that came for that event and our drive home was filled with laughter and joy for all He had done.

God directs our footsteps in mysterious ways, and today I was able to record that song thanks to the help of another great friend of mine (Deanna Edmonson) who attends CrossFaith Church in Molino, Florida.  I am greatly appreciative of the permission from CrossFaith’s worship leaders Nick and Jessica Jackson for allowing me to take a couple hours and make this recording.
