• A Simple Wooden Path

It was a simple wooden path built over the rough terrain. There was something about it that spoke to me that day, as I walked with my sister-in-law through the bird sanctuary on Dauphin Island. The day was cold and cloudy, but we trudged around looking for birds and other interesting things for me to capture with my camera. Only part of the trail was bridged over to make the path easier to navigate. • New Beginnings and a Free Calendar!

Today at my church (New Life Assembly in Spanish Fort, Alabama), Pastor Smith preached on new beginnings. Boy, do I need a new beginning! The last few years have been difficult, but even more so over the past four months as family issues have taken hostage my almost every waking thought (and sometimes the not-so-awake ones as well). His verses came from Isaiah 43 and for me, personally, it was very timely. After grabbing a bite to eat for lunch, I settled down to design a calendar for my desk at work. Since his exit from this world, I’ve only had a handful of dreams about him, most of which I didn’t remember after waking. But this morning the dream was very real and when I woke up in tears I was able to remember most of the dream.  I’ll recount part of it here, but only those who know and understand the culture of Teen…

  • Have Camera, Will Travel

Because everyone has a camera these days it would almost seem that professional photographers aren’t much needed anymore. But I think it goes without saying…though I’ll say it anyway…that not everyone who snaps a picture has an eye for photography. So you DO need pro photographers to capture those most special moments for you! vhCreativePhoto is not only willing to work with you to get those “oh so precious” times in history, but also is willing to help you choose what “flavor” you desire in the moments you are preserving. I have a camera and I will travel! Check out my portfolio to get an idea of what I do and let’s talk.  Don’t put off what you want to remember ten years from now.…
